A shape coloring and very basic drawing app
Zappy Colors is a coloring app, but it doesn't have images in the traditional sense. It has shapes that vaguely look like certain things, such as a rabbit outline. They offer a free trial that lets you color things in and draw colors within the sets of shapes.
This is like a drawing game, except that your completed coloring works and drawings are deleted once you complete a frame. The game has mild similarities to Coloring Book but without the nice pictures. The lines are drawn like the glow lines in Coloring Games.

Even though you can download this coloring game for free, you cannot start the game without signing up for a free trial with a credit card. The payment will be processed every week until you call them, get through, and tell them to stop.
Coloring in shapes
Put your finger on one of the colors and move it around the screen. This creates lines. You can create a shape and then color it using a different color. You can generate a broadly drawn shape and then use the coloring tool to fill it with a color.
A poorly made game
This game does not function very well and doesn't seem to have a point. Since you cannot save your work, there is no way to progress, and the tools are very basic. Even Microsoft Paint offers more features and fun than this game. It is a fairly hollow game.
Part of a bait-and-switch scheme
This paid kid's game has a bad reputation because it was promoted on YouTube with videos of a very different game. People downloaded the app, signed up for the free trial, and discovered the game was not as advertised. Getting out of the paid subscription is difficult.
